One star is only for because 0 is not possible.
I ordered a pre-paid SIM in online for 20 EUR and it cannot be activated only. In 2019, in Germany, only the shop activation is possible. They even dont send the telephone number with the card.
When I contacted to ask help and solution from the customer service, I got an answer they cannot activate it and I need to try online again.
Very poor service and expensive for nothing.
I paid 20 EUR and I got nothing.
They are thieves, so NEVER BUY OR ORTHER ANYTHING FROM LYCA!!!
