Worst customer service ever!!!! I've never been so upset after calling a support. Just horrible. I'm not even upset about the fact that the issue wasn't solved. It was just the way the operator treated me and when I politely asked if I could talk to someone else, he just said "No, you need to call back with someone who can understand English!" He also told me to change the phone when my sim wasn't working. I told him I just got a new iphone!! Crazy.
