Checked my balance yesterday (6 May 2020) before buying a voucher, over £7-00, made one 'phone call then bought a £10-00 voucher which Lycamobile said had already been used - after 10 minutes - who is kidding who ? checked my balance again and the 'phone call had cost me over £2-00 but not only that I had no balance from the original voucher. E-mails via lycamobile web-site and direct were ignored and 'phone lines, both land and Lycamobile were and are still "dead" This firm has no concept of "Customer Service" text message "All in one 10 up" and "USSD running" what the hell do these mean ? perhaps somebody could put this into proper English.
