Started out alright and was fine for a couple of years but recently my credit disappeared after a few days. This happened several times after topping up account. There were doubtful transactions on my phone and data usage records for the months that this happened. Lycamobiles help operators were unable to explain the transactions in a coherent manner or in plain English. Some of what they said didn't make sense in English at all. When a manager finally contacted me it was too late. I'd already made the decision to switch providers. I would not recommend Lycamobile based on their customer service and their complicated processes and poor website.
