I purchased edibles during a buy one get one free promotion and during the order process I couldn't see where the free product was showing up. When I asked the service rep in the chat pop-up how to get the extra product they said it would be added automatically. My order arrived without the free product. When I emailed your company the response was, "I don't think we had that promotion when you ordered". I pointed out that there was promotion, I had inquired about it and was instructed on what to do to receive the free product. I have yet to receive a reply.
