For me, it all started with seeing young Will from Mak Tok on Dragons Den. He had so much enthusiasm as he told the story about how Mak Tok began. I ordered a few jars of Mak Tok Chilli Paste and found that they were excellent and far better than I could ever make and I have been buying them ever since. He has made some really good videos too, using the chilli pastes in many dishes.
