When the British boyfriend said he bought some sambal from Kelham farm and he said it was good I was thinking to myself, he doesn't know what's a good sambal. Now the Malaysian who knows her sambal tried it and now have been stocking up to bring back to Malaysia, I guess it says it all. Complex, lovely flavours. Goes well with noodles, meat and even replaced it as the go to nasi lemak sambal. 9 jars down
