I love the Mak Tok Chilli Pastes, the Rendang and Satay are particularly good. I lived in Jakarta for a while and it is great to be able to get some flavoursome pastes to spice up meat and fish dishes here in the UK. I've also recently bought the cookbook and am looking forward to trying out the recipes.
