It's been almost a month and I still have not gotten my order so I have nothing positive to say yet. Then, I received two messages. The first one was quite unporfessional and copied below:
"I wonder why you would not reach out to us by email - BEFORE writing this? Clearly Mama's customer service is top notch- we get back to EVERYONE in a very timely manner. We sent your order out within 5 days of you ordering- we also sent it priority mail. How do we have any control over the mail system? Seriously? And why not not reach out to us directly? Very strange."
(Maybe someone could some of their own medicine. LOL)
In response, I answered an email that requested I submit a review. That is exactly what I did.
The second had a very different tone - solution-oriented. It acknowledged that there was a mistake in making the shipping label and will be filling my order today. I am hoping to receive my shipment in the next couple of days.
I hope Mamadose can weed out its toxic employees.
