So I haven't received my package yet. I got the microdose capsules. I will update when I actually take them. However I do want to say that the customer service has been outstanding so far. Before I ordered, I emailed them a couple times with questions and they were super fast at responding (within 2 hours or so) and answered all my questions. I hope their product is as good as their customer service so far!
