This company cares about the quality of their products and their customers. I am loving the benefits I get from the 90 days capsules. I have also used the bar to journey, which I only needed half of the bar. Obviously, the amount you would use is based on your experience. They provide a lot of information to guide you and a wonderful Facebook group for support.
