Well I haven’t got them yet. Today is my birthday & I was so hoping I would have them . They said it takes up a week to ship. I’m spoiled by having most things in 2 day delivery. Super bummed. They get here Tuesday. So I’ll know then . I don’t want to be negative .. but I took one & got a headache .. so I took another one. I couldn’t sleep and just had a migraine. 😭
