Took 3 capsules (150mg) and felt effects in about 2 1/2hrs. Interesting... introspective thoughts... everything looked very 3 dimentional and sharp... seemed to make my vison better. Made me feel good things but also feelings of deep past remorse pertaining to unpleasent facts and failures of my past. Was able to sleep that night very sound with deep cerebrial dreams and woke early fully rested. Felt a little weird the next day, but nothing extreme. That was 3 days ago. Looking to take same amount tomorrow at about 3pm and go to bed about 9:30 and reassess. Thanks.
