I must say it's rare to have a potentially negative experience turn into a total positive. For context, I had placed an order that ultimately wound up delivered in a different state. After reaching out to support, I found out that the item was now out of stock, so couldn't be reshipped. Not only did they credit me back my purchase amount, they also gave me a discount code to place a different order. The support rep also said they would send out what I had originally ordered when it came back in stock, in ADDITION to the new order and discount, free of charge. Both orders arrived within a week of one another. Great products, great service and definitely a company willing to do right by their customers.
