I ordered a gift over two weeks ago. The tracking number only shows that the order is waiting to be picked up. I reached out to customer service once and was told that the order is on the way. After another week, I reached out to customer service again to be told they would look into it and get back with me shortly. Have yet to hear back from them. Called the customer service number and recording said to leave name and number. Very disappointed and have yet to have package delivered but you can bet my bank account was tapped on the very day the order was placed. Is it possible to talk to a human at this company?
