Super easy online checkout process and my hat is gorgeous and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately it was a size too big. I contacted the team who were happy to make an exchange. My in laws live near the showroom and were happy to take the hat back and exchange it for me. Todd (owner/ops manager) was happy to accommodate and gave me his mobile number to ring to confirm that someone would be there to make the exchange. Extremely impressed all round with Me & The Brave from the quality of my gorgeous hat to the excellent customer service!
