Happy with the product and service. However, I was disappointed that I was unable to purchase the Hydrofilm transparent wound dressing size 5cmx7.2cm (2inx2 3/4in). The transparent dressing is a lot kinder to my mum's skin when removing as she is 93yrs and has very thin skin. Some of mum's wounds only require this smaller size
