Have used the shampoo on & off for a few years & it def makes a difference to my scalp psoriasis. This time some of the capsules were included free of charge which is gr8 thankyou. Its too early to say if the capsules are helping. I really wish the shampoo was bigger & that the pump worked as this is very hit or miss each time. Will order again.
