I only came across Megelles last year at a craft show. Since then I have made several purchases and Lisa is very friendly and helpful and orders are received within a couple of days. I don't do online shopping but Lisa always returns phone calls and answers emails very quickly. I was recently looking for backing fabric for a quilt and Lisa asked me to send a photo of my quilt and then spent quite some time sending me photos of fabric she thought would be suitable.
