Because dr Mandy is trying to get at the root of the problem so the veins don’t just come back, there is a bit more of a process than I’ve experienced in the past. However this process now means that I’m not back where I started 1 year later! A true Doctor Who also hires well so everyone is working towards long term goals and not the quick fix I’ve experienced before. All very knowable
