I have also wrote this review on Trustpilot as it needs to been seen. So after finally getting verified for the second time before I could re- deposit or withdraw funds I took the opportunity to play on one of the blackjack tables. There was seven people on the table and I was seat two. I was dealt an 8 and a 3. The option came up to Hit, stick or double. Against the dealers 5 I thought a double was a good chance to win. After pressing double the dealer paused for a minute or so before she`d dealt the last two cards to seat 6 & 7. She then proceeded to change the second card of all the players giving me an Ace instead of a 3 meaning I had a soft 19. Now I wouldn't double or even hit on a soft 19 but I didn't have the option as I'd already made my decision based on having 11 to double. As the round unfolded my double card was a 9 giving me 18. The trouble was that hit changed the whole course of the game resulting in the dealer hitting 21. Had that double been cancelled like I would of liked the dealer would of bust. I had £16 on the hand doubled to £32 which I lost. After going through the painstaking task of live support and the chat been ended three times by them I emailed Midnite direct. After several emails and a five day wait they tell me they couldn't find an irregularities but offer me 10 free spins as a valued customer. I never used them and close my account instantly. I find it impossible that a company can review the video of that session and not see how unjust that game was. Utterly disgusting.
