I bought three items from mitchelbland.com, and one of them was defective. I complained about the defective item, but the customer service was terrible. They promised to get back to me via email, but I never received a response. I even emailed the CEO, Michaeline DeJora, three times, but there was no reply, no professionalism, and frankly, the woman is incredibly rude. Since she’s the CEO, it’s clear the company’s staff mirrors her poor attitude. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
