Not a bad thing to say about MJ Patch! I mainly dealt with Oliver George but everyone I spoke to was incredibly lovely and helpful. Despite only being a small residential job, nothing was too much trouble for Ollie. I sent over the structural engineer drawings and very promptly received a quote back. He was able to answer all of my (most likely silly) questions on the steel manufacturing designs he provided. He also kept me updated on the progress and when I realised I had provided the wrong measurements for the steel column, upon delivery, Ollie very quickly arranged for the correct length to be made and delivered, so it did not massively delay my building works. I can not tell you how much I appreciated Ollie going above and beyond in what could have been a very stressful situation! Throughly recommend MJ Patch.
