We ordered 6 beams for our house renovation and extension. The entire order is done online. Quite straightforward. We also attached relevant drawings from our structurual engineer. Someone called to verify the details. After about a week, all the beams arrived on a flat bed truck. We unloaded it. The service was great throughout.
