good coffee, but I find it inexplicable that their bags are not recyclable. I've switched to a roaster whose bags are even compostable. The shop is in England, so ordering it involves more food miles than Modern which are about 20 miles from me, so there's a trade-off, but this makes more sense to me. The coffee is at least as good. Otherwise though, the Modern guys were pleasant and efficient.
