Excellent coffee, truly excellent service. But let down twice now by delivery problems. On the last occasion (Post Office!!) the driver claimed he could not find the house and left the parcel at the local sub-post office where he was given an argument by the postmistress for not doing his job properly. Exacerbated by sending me an untrue email stating that a note had been left in my letterbox.
