I had an absolutely terrible experience with Motion Finance due to the actions of an employee named Dale Robinson. Without my knowledge or consent, he submitted finance applications in my name for two vehicles. This was completely unauthorized and has negatively impacted my credit file, causing me significant stress and inconvenience. When I raised the issue, I expected swift action to rectify the damage caused, but the fact that this happened in the first place is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to deal with financial repercussions due to someone else’s negligence. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious.
