They did not provide the PlayStation network gift card I had paid for. The code did not match any PlayStation gift card formats and they sent me around in circles between their ‘admin’ ticket raising and whatsapp contact channel. They admitted the code was not correct but unless I followed their policies to their ever extending list of requirements they would not sort. Many attempts and a week later I have given up and raised a dispute with my credit card provider
