On April 12, 2024, I bought a code for 20,000. eCoins in MTCGAME. I received a code and when I try to make a payment using this code using the eCoin 25 euro - 20 thousand option, the message appears: "A valid payment amount is required to complete this transaction. When I tried to solve this problem - I am sure that I choose the right website and the right payment. I restarted my computer and cleared my browser cache files. Solving the problem, I used the code and topped up my account with eCoin worth 16,000, which costs 20 euros. But it's still not 25 euros. And on the MTCGame website I paid 25 euros. It's as if 5 euros were missing from this code. Now when I try to top up my eCoin 4k account to receive the EUR 25 amount that I paid on MTCGame - it looks like there are no funds in the code I received.
