I am very dissatisfied with the support service from MTCGame, specifically support representatives 86, 203, and 101. I bought Roblox Robux Instant on June 28, but I still haven't received my Robux. First, I chatted with support, then I chat and got service from support 86. They told me to stay online on the website for 15 minutes to receive the code, but I waited 2 hours with no response. Support 86 ended my chat and was replaced by support 203. They told me to wait 15 minutes for the code, but nothing happened. I stayed online for 40 minutes due to support 203. Then, I was transferred to support 101, who also told me to wait. I stayed active on the website for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but nothing happened. Finally, my order was canceled by support 101 with a claim of an incorrect username and password. However, I was able to log in with the details I provided, proving they were correct. In conclusion, MTCGame's support has wasted almost 3 days of my time.
