This is the 3rd time I have an issue in one month , 2 codes not working before but yesterday Christmas night I bought my son a 100 USD vbucks voucher and the code sent was a used code and did not work, and again like before they did nothing, no refund , nothing just excuses, imagine a kid losing his Christmas gift like this. I keep giving them chances after two unsolved issue but this time it's unbelievable.
