I placed an order for a birthday gift. 2days before the birthday, dhl lost my shipment in Madrid. I contacted MuseArta and they kindly sent me another order exactly the same as the first one, free of charge, with another company as a matter of urgency so that the socks would arrive the next day and I would be on time with the present for the birthday party. I received the order on time this morning (birthday is tomorrow). They have made an incredible effort to make a customer happy, so from my point of view, they are an exceptional company and take care of the customer even beyond their means.
