I only rated this a 4 because I've only been taking it for a month. I had to start out on a super low dose and just this week got to a full tablespoon. My digestive system has settled down a bit, so I'll continue and see how it goes. I know it was recommended for at least 3 months, so keeping my fingers crossed!! Thanks!
