Yesterday I placed a new Order but somehow accidentally Ordered the default Vanilla instead of Chocolate. I immediately sent a message through your website plus an email. Co-incidentally I received a reply 4 minutes AFTER receiving your "Order despatched" email, saying sorry your Order has been despatched.
Your internal communication system isn't up to scratch. NOT GOOD ENOUGH Scott! - I don't want the Vanilla.
