I like your products, the greens and gut repair have great taste. I attempted to correct a boo boo I made with my latest green delivery. After ordering I realised that I would living elsewhere at delivery time so I emailed you (shortly after ordering) requesting a change of address for delivery. I received no response other than informing me a couple of days later that my delivery was on the way to my previous address.
I don't know what your administrative protocols are, however I feel in this instance they lacked a better outcome.
