I've been working with EngineeringBuddy for a few months now, and my experience has been quite positive. The company pays at least 50% more than its competitors, which is a significant boost to my earnings. Moreover, I appreciate how I don't have to wait hours or days to connect to a real human, which was a frustrating issue with my previous tutoring company. It's much easier to get help or resolve any issues quickly. However, there are a couple of downsides. The high pay rates, while beneficial for me, make it difficult to get more students compared to companies with lower rates. Additionally, although tutors receive ample recognition and appreciation for their hard work and achievements, there is no monetary reward for the same. Overall, EngineeringBuddy offers a supportive and financially rewarding environment, despite a few challenges.
