As a tutor working with MyEngineeringBuddy.com, I've had a mixed experience. On one hand, the flexible scheduling is a huge plus. It allows me to balance my personal and professional life more easily. However, I often feel frustrated because of the strict and unrealistic performance metrics imposed by the company.
