On the positive side, Engineer Buddy doesn't create unnecessary issues, which makes the work environment relatively stress-free. However, there are some serious downsides. Firstly, there should be a small fee for inquiries, not just for confirmed sessions. It would make the work feel more valuable. Secondly, the management usually takes the student's side and refunds their fee immediately after a complaint. This sometimes feels unfair to the tutors. Overall, while there are some good aspects, these cons make it hard to fully appreciate the work environment.
