I enjoy working as an online tutor becouse of the flexible scheduling that fits well around my other commitments. The ability to set my own hours allows me to maintain a good work-life balance. Additionally, when I faced an emergency, I received a paid advance, which was incredibly helpful and minimized my stress during a tough time. However, there is a downside. When a student cancels a session, tutors receive almost no fee for the time reserved. This can be frustrating, especially when you have cleared your schedule to accommodate that session. One of my students needed help with understanding complex concepts in chemistry. Assisting them and seeing them progress was rewarding. The platform provides a conducive environment for both students and tutors to thrive.
