The order did not get dispatched in time to meet the project deadline even after calling to ensure it would be dispatched promptly. The order was canceled before it had even left the warehouse and then 3 days later they still dispatched the goods. Way too many phone calls later and they will not process a full refund for their error. be very careful with this company
