Order came quickly and as described. Unfortunately I needed to return as the item wasn’t suitable.
This is where try satisfaction plummeted. Multiple times I have had to follow up on return authorization, then once I’ve returned for the receipt of item to be acknowledged, and I gave up waiting for a sales person to contact me for an alternative item so have asked for a full refund. Was pleased to begin with but then became a HUGE waste of time. Thoroughly disappointed at the after sales service.
