Warranty returned on the 1/11/2022, they incorrectly sent the replacement to their Melbourne Warehouse over a month ago and since then NOTHING.
I have contacted them 5 times in their ticketing system with no response,
MYIThub, if you want to check up on this debacle look up ## 7130 ## and see how poorly this has been handled.
My next step is an NCAT case
