Although I have encountered issues with ETA and deliveries, I find MYITHUB one of the rare cases where they care about customers. My order took over a month instead of 2 days so I cannot give a 5-star rating.
We all know that sometimes things may be missed or are out of our control, so all we ask as customers, is for the retailer to assume responsibility and deliver, and MYITHUB does deliver.
