Update: 5 Stars! The follow-up to my review (below) was prompt and they are addressing their internal processes. They acknowledged that while they couldn't fix StarTrack they could sort their side so addressing is correctly used if manually input. While I eventually received my product (Brateck Motorized Flip Down TV Ceiling Mount) I had to go to the couriers to pick it up myself. Although I had manually put in my shipping address they appear to have used my PayPal address which was my work and closed. I only realised when tracking said delivery missed... All the issues after that are purely the fault of StarTrack's incompetence but My IT Hub should make sure their systems use manually entered addresses rather than defaulting to PayPal supplied.
