Lovely bracelet and lovely customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they had no problem exchanging it for the right size, I love that you can customise the charms for exactly what use you want it for, mines a medical bracelet and I’ve been able to put all of my information and health issues which are very complex and could save my life in an emergency
