I missed the emails for the order being complete, and they threatened legal action and to report to the bank that would essentially block them from receiving payment. I apologized for being in the hospital and recovering, but I didn't expect them to be as aggressive or thoughtful of what they were sending. Maybe the UAE operates different than other parts of the world, but customer service is key if they want to gain and retain customers.
