My first chick order was a disaster due to insufficent care during shipping, but My Pet Chicken was there with me every step of the way. I must have spoken to or emailed with pretty much everyone on the staff & they we so kind & helpful. My replacement order & my additional order of chicks arrived in perfect condition! I couldn't recommend them more!
