Chicks arrived quickly in good shape from the trip. Unfortunately one developed issues over the first day, but the helpline was fantasic and employees incredibly caring, helpful and attentive. The little one didn't make it, and I was issued an immediate credit. The six remaining chicks are healthy and active and growing like weeds! The process was better than expected, and the support outstanding.
