We ordered baby chicks and one passed away the day after arriving. My son was devistated becuase it was his favorite one. I messaged them about it and they went above and beyond with getting the refund issued so we could order a replacement that would be sent out the next week in order for us to have them is the same brooder. Janie the Flock Care Specialist that I spoke to was absolutley wonderful and so sweet when helping us.
