This was my first hatchery purchase as I usually purchase from local breeders. I was nervous - especially with shipping. But - there was not a thing to be nervous over. It was the easiest transaction ever. The customer service is prompt and fantastic. I forgot to enter my email address on the order and therefore could not find it to track it- that was quickly addressed. Shipping was very fast and accurate. My chicks arrived the next day - packed well - healthy - alert - and very very cute. I also loved the variety of breeds available and being able to mix and match. Would not hesitate to order again or to recommend to others looking to purchase chicks.
